Breflem grants registered users a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our proprietary mobile engineering dashboard. Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate identification information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized access attempts or sharing of account privileges will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action under Irish data protection laws.
Our platform utilizes advanced telemetry to optimize game performance. By using Breflem services, you acknowledge that specific performance metrics and usage data are collected to improve our algorithmic engines. This data is anonymized and stored within EU servers, complying with GDPR standards. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Proprietary Rights
All code, visual assets, and technical documentation provided by Breflem remain the exclusive property of the company. Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate our rendering technologies for commercial use outside of the agreed project scope. Game assets generated through our platform are licensed to the client for the specific project duration only.
In the event of project termination, all unfinished assets and source files remain property of Breflem unless a specific buyout clause is activated in the service contract. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
Limitation of Liability
Breflem is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or data breaches resulting from third-party integrations outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the service contract in effect during the incident. We strictly comply with Irish commercial law and operate under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
